Women Soulful Surf was born on the shores of Caves Beach, Australia in 2020—starting as the region’s only female-led surf school and quickly growing into a global sisterhood.

Founded by Helena Richardson, a passionate surfer and yoga teacher, our mission has always been simple: to help women reconnect with their strength, step outside their comfort zones, and feel the pure joy of riding waves.

What began as a few local surf programs has evolved into a worldwide movement. Today, we host empowering Surf Retreats in some of the world’s most stunning destinations—from tropical islands to coastal escapes—while staying rooted in the heart and spirit of Caves Beach.
